This year, the opportunity finally came to give my book The Cocktail Balance to those who really need it - for hotel high school students. It was many hundreds of kilometers and hours spent on the road, but nevertheless it filled me with energy and positivity. Seeing students perceive the story of the bartending craft, career options as a barman and their interest in bar culture encouraged me again to continue to focus on passing on not only my experience from the bar world and, thanks to working with the generation of future enthusiasts, to help advance bartending in Slovakia again one step further.
I would also like to thank all the principals, principals, representatives and professional school teachers who made it possible for me to make this tour possible. I thank to Katarina Halabrin for her exceptional work in organizing this trip throughout Slovakia. Thanks to many of you who supported the publication of my book and at the same time directly supported vocational schools and students by purchasing many books. And last but not least, Adrián Chrzan - the photographer of the book The Cocktail Balance, for the many trips he took with me so that I could share my experience and experience with you through these shots as well. I am already looking forward to the next generation of bartenders.
And the numbers? 16 schools, 160 books and more than 350 students for which I presented my way in bartending world, how beautiful is our world and many more about the book. It was amazing and unforgettable experience.
