The World of The Cocktail Balance just grows bigger.

To have goals you want to reach every year is an essential for everyone, who wants to move forward and become a better version of him/herself. You can have big dreams, and maybe you will be able to successfully fulfill them, but many times, we only dream about the goal and don’t think about the journey, that will get us there. The goal we (me and my team) will try to reach in 2023 is to have recognizable brand in the world and to be a trusted company across world for amateur & professional bartenders. And what about the previously mentioned journey? Well let’s have a look into that.


E-BOOK

Is there anything more necessary in the modern world than digitalize every piece of information, so it can be accessible within seconds worldwide, just by a few clicks? We live modern times, where more and more people avoid to store things like books, movies, CDs or anything “analog” related, just to save space, or because they don’t have a need to have these kind of things in tangible form. Why we even speak about this? Well, many of you came with the idea of selling the book in digital form, so you could have it all the time with you, even in bar, prep room or anywhere else, where it’s not so practical to have the book. But we wanted to push the level a little, so the book will be more interactive, easier to read and with hyperlinks, which can help you navigate through it. The first version will be available in English translation and you can expect the release in the 1st quarter of 2023.


THE COCKTAIL BALANCE STORE

From the beginning we knew, that only writing and reading about numerous of professional tools is not enough and everyone needs to have a chance to buy it. That’s why we plan to add more tools for bars and bartenders to the STORE. We already have Carbonation Rig, which is essential for every bar or restaurant, who wants to create and sell sparkling drinks and not to waste a lot of money. Then we added Ingredient for every cocktail lover - Apéritif Balance Red, which is a perfect choice to the mixers, where you usually put vermouth. Another items will be revealed soon, right after we will finish the distribution contracts. But we can promise you one thing - every equipment purchased on our store will be high quality with attention to detail and soon will become essential in your "pocket".


BLOGS

The blog was until now just the “storage” of my ideas, recipes, inspirations and news from the World of The Cocktail Balance. But this is going to change and we will give space to the authors, who are for me personally real professionals and have something to say about the bartending, creativity, hospitality, cocktails, ingredients, technologies and are really what modern bartender means. You can expect content more regularly and also more topics related to the gastronomy. We are also going to send our subscribers newsletter every month, so if you want to be sure to get all the important news, go and SUBSCRIBE. And the best part? All of it is and will be for free, because that’s the philosophy of The Cocktail Balance is simple:
“Learn -> Grow -> Pass it on”.


COURSES

Masterclasses. We all know that word, many of us already hate it. Why? Well mostly because we pay for the education and all that we get are empty words and learned phrases from people, who are not willing to learn us anything, only to get into our pockets. That’s why we waited so long (and you will have to wait a little more) to create the full “courses” that will give you something and that will push you and your education forward. And what can you expect from it? Every Masterclass/Seminar will be connected to the one chapter from the book, so we can go and explore these themes a bit more. But it won’t be just about talking and listening, my Masterclasses will be more practical, with demonstration of the things mentioned.


CZECH TRANSLATION

Oh yes my dear brothers and sisters from Czechia, I listened to you properly and decided to release the Czech translation of my book The Cocktail Balance. I see a huge potential in all those young bartenders and I understand, that not everybody is able to read in foreign language. The translation will be first available only in digital version, but who knows, maybe we will release it in hard cover too. And when? Well, it should be somewhere in the second half of 2023. Check our blogs and socials and we promise to let you know.


MERCH

Not the usual one, or the cheap one with only the logo on it placed on top and made of low quality cotton. The Cocktail Balance merch will be connection of Art, Mixology and Fashion. Of course all the materials are high quality, sustainable and fair-trade made. The quantity will be limited. The merch is going to be available in the 2nd half of 2023.


2nd BOOK

So you got here, to the end of my blog and this is your reward for being so diligent. My book is going to get another part which will be more complex, more professional and global. You can expect a few of the topics from the first book, but this time we will go deeper, put our attention on details and generally the book will be more suitable for professionals than for beginners. I again work on this book with the photographer of the first book Adrián Chrzan, what means, that you can expect beautiful pictures and PRINTS. I hope that you are excited about the news and our plans, and believe me, we have a few jokers up our sleeves so stay tuned.
