Apricot Coffee Shakerato

  • 20 ml Shake The Pear Apricot Eau-de-Vie

  • 60 ml Apricot Cold Brew Coffee

  • 5 ml Fernet Branca Menta

  • 10 ml 12% Solution of Organic Acids

  • Method: Long Shake with 4-5 ice cubes

  • Garnish: Fresh Orange


Ingredient - Apricot Cold Brew Coffee

  • 1000 g Cold Brew Coffee

  • 100 g Dried Apricots

Preparation:

Combine ingredients and let them infuse together in the refrigerator for 12-20 hours - according to the desired final taste. Filter the apricot cold brew through a cloth and squeeze out liquid.


Ingredient - 12% Solution of Organic Acids

  • 8 g Citric Acid

  • 4 g Tartaric Acid

  • 100 g Filtered Water

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients together until the acids dissolve completely .
