60 ml Apricot Cold Brew Coffee
5 ml Fernet Branca Menta
10 ml 12% Solution of Organic Acids
Method: Long Shake with 4-5 ice cubes

100 g Dried Apricots
Preparation:
Combine ingredients and let them infuse together in the refrigerator for 12-20 hours - according to the desired final taste. Filter the apricot cold brew through a cloth and squeeze out liquid.
