D-Coffee & Tonic

  • 30 ml Diplomático Mantuano

  • 80 ml De-Coffee House Tonic

  • 10 ml Passion Cordial (Passion Fruit & Berry Spice)

  • Method: Mix gently

  • Garnish: Grapefruit Peel


Ingredient - House De-Coffee Tonic

  • 750 g leftover flat Indian Tonic

  • 30 g leftover Apple Peel

  • 15 g leftover Grapefruit Peel

  • 20 g Goriffee Colombia Decaf - roast sample

  • 5 g Citric Blend

Preparation:

Mix ingredients and let them macerate in a cold environment for 12 hours. Filter through cheesecloth and pour into PET bottle. Chill it under 5°C and then carbonate with carbonation rig at 45 PSI.

Let it REST for few hours!
