D-Coffee & Tonic
30 ml Diplomático Mantuano
80 ml De-Coffee House Tonic
10 ml Passion Cordial (Passion Fruit & Berry Spice)
Method: Mix gently
Garnish: Grapefruit Peel
Ingredient - House De-Coffee Tonic
750 g leftover flat Indian Tonic
30 g leftover Apple Peel
15 g leftover Grapefruit Peel
20 g Goriffee Colombia Decaf - roast sample
5 g Citric Blend
Preparation:
Mix ingredients and let them macerate in a cold environment for 12 hours. Filter through cheesecloth and pour into PET bottle. Chill it under 5°C and then carbonate with carbonation rig at 45 PSI.
Let it REST for few hours!
