Throwback to the masterclass that started Slovak edition of Diplomático & Co. Competition 2022 for bartenders and barmaids in beautiful Starý Dom Modra. Together with Diplomático ambassadors Norbert Schok and Lukáš Hanzl I spoke about sustainability in cocktails, with some tips & inspirations that they can use within their cocktail submissions.

We also had a guest Adriána Kušická from Domin&Kušický Winery and she shared many of important pieces of information about how their family winery works with sustainability from the times that a lot of us, didn’t even think about that. It was interesting to see how family businesses can shape a brighter future for our Earth with high-quality products same as Ron Diplomático family does.
