Tasty recipe for your evening session with friends and family.

Grapes

  • 30 ml Discarded Grape Skin Vodka

  • 20 ml Champagne Cordial

  • 5 ml Distilled Pinot Meunier

  • 3 dash Complexity Bitters

  • Method: Stir

  • Garnish: Compressed Grapes


Ingredient - Champagne Cordial

  • 700 g flat leftover Champagne

  • 300 g White Sugar

  • 15 g Tartaric Acid

  • 8 g Citric Acid

  • 2 g Vanilla

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool and filter through a cheesecloth.


Garnish - Compressed Grapes

  • 200 g Grapes

  • 100 g Champagne Cordial

Preparation:

Cut the grapes in half and place them into a vacuum bag, spread out evenly and pour champagne cordial, then seal. If there is a need for a more intense flavour of the fruit, repeat process 2-3 times. Store grapes in refrigerator or freezer.
