Exotic Oxymel.

An oxymel is a traditional elixir of vinegar (typically apple cider vinegar) and raw honey, often with complementary herbs. 

Exotic fruits in cocktails can be easily replaced with any chosen local varieties of fruit, and combined with various herbs or spices of choice.


Furthermore, don’t hesitate to play around with different vinegars to achieve the required taste. The only limit is your imagination and the ability to combine flavors.


Ingredient - Exotic Oxymel 


Preparation: Combine ingredients and place into a vacuum satchel, seal. Place in a pot and let it cook sous-vide for an hour and a half at 60 ° C. Remove satchel, filter through a cloth, and allow to cool.

500 g Flower Honey

350 g Apple Cider Vinegar

100 g Mineral Water 

100 g Fresh Mango

5 g Sichuan Pepper

Cocktail - WAX

50 ml Canaïma Gin

20 ml Exotic Oxymel

2,5 ml Žufánek St. Antoine Absinthe
